I made these peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips and M & M's but they taste great without as well. ![]() These aren't 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies BUT they are super duper easy and much better in my opinion. I've never heard a gluten-loving individual complain about a flourless cookie and trust me when I say my family LOVES gluten. They're simple, taste like the real deal and have no alternative flours. Since my celiac diagnosis flourless recipes are my heart and soul. Enjoy them plain, or sandwich them with our Chocolate Hazelnut Buttercream.These flourless peanut butter cookies are perfect for the peanut butter lovers in your life! They're Gluten Free, Dairy Free and incredibly delicious!.Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes, until golden brown and flattened.Using the back of a fork, press into the cookie to create a criss cross effect – flattening the cookies slightly.Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out about 1 1/2 tablespoons worth of batter onto your cookie sheets.Prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper.Slowly pour your dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until there are no streaks of dry ingredients.In another bowl, set your sieve over top and add your flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Mix again on low-medium speed until smooth and combined.With stand mixer paused, add your cashew butter.Spray or grease a 1 cup measuring cup, and measure out your cashew butter (doing this will prevent sticking).Continue to mix until fully combined and smooth.
